The Louisville Boat, RV and Sportshow opens tomorrow and lasts through the weekend at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville.

As reported by the Louisville Business Journal, it provides an opportunity for boat and RV dealers to show consumers the latest and greatest models and is a huge opportunity for local dealers such as Tom Stinnett Derby City RV in Clarksville, Ind.

This show has been around for about 50 years, and the company has participated in it for the last 35 years, owner and manager Tom Stinnett said. The show attracts dealers from across Indiana and Kentucky, and Stinnett said he is one of the largest there. He said it makes sense for his company to have a big presence there because most of its business is done within a 75-mile radius of its location on Marriott Drive in Clarksville.

“We’ll sell quite a few units at the show,” he said. The show also offers an opportunity for the company to connect with future consumers. Stinnett said residual business from the show lasts all year.
