Exhibit space for the 40th Annual National RV Trade Show scheduled for Dec. 3-5 in Louisville has sold out, according to the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA), sponsors of the event.
A near-record 749,400 square feet of exhibit space at the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center (KFEC) will be rented by 80 RV manufacturers and 300 supplier firms, according to the Reston, Va.-based RVIA.
Nearly 11,000 industry officials and RV dealers are expected to attend the event, the RVIA added.
“The positive momentum experienced by the industry in 2002 is generating tremendous excitement about the upcoming show,” RVIA President Dave Humphreys said. “We look forward to the state-of-the-art exhibits and top-notch programs fostering a vibrant business environment for attending dealers that will propel the industry into the coming year.”
The official unveiling of Phase III of the Go RVing national advertising campaign will highlight the show-opening all-industry Outlook 2003 breakfast on Dec. 3 at the Executive West Hotel in Louisville.
Go RVing Coalition Chairman Tom Faludy and RVIA Vice President of Public Relations and Advertising Gary LaBella will describe the expanded program, which will include new local, TV, print and radio advertising components for Go RVing dealers and an aggressive new media schedule.
Breakfast for Outlook 2003 attendees will be served starting at 6:15 a.m. on Dec. 3 with the program beginning at 6:45 a.m.
