Meyer Distributing Inc, a leader in automotive specialty products marketing and distribution, today (June 16) announced the acquisition of Pennsylvania-based Automotive Distributing Company (ADC).
ADC has been fully integrated into the Meyer platform, according to a release, and the combined forces of the two companies will allow for increased service levels on many fronts throughout the Northeast.
“We have been looking to expand our relationships in the Northeast,“ stated Jeff Braun, CEO for Meyer. “ADC provides a great opportunity to increase coverage and improve customer service with employees with lots of experience in the automotive aftermarket! We’re hiring for sales and purchasing positions there currently.
