MHC Group Inc., a Southern California-based manufacturer of motorhomes and fifth-wheels, has added three experienced RV industry executives to its sales and marketing staff.

The company hired: James Teeter, formerly of RV dealership chain Recreation USA, as vice president of marketing and new business development; Peter Dotlich, formerly of motorhome and towable RV manufacturer Gulf Stream Coach Inc., and Timothy Miller, formerly of highline fifth-wheel manufacturer King of the Road, to be regional sales managers.

Teeter will be responsible for expanding MHC’s dealership network, building an internal sales team and working with the engineering team to design, introduce and market new products. He was the director of operations at Recreation USA before joining MHC.

Dotlich and Miller will work with MHC’s existing dealer base to train sales associates and dealers to sell the company’s motorized and towable products.

Prior to joining MHC, Dotlich was Gulf Stream’s director of dealer relations for the past six years. He also worked for RV manufacturers Cobra and Rockwood before joining Gulf Stream.

Miller was a sales manager responsible for dealer development, sales and marketing at King of the Road for the past 14 years.
