Midwest Automotive Designs, a division of REV Group, is offering the state-of-the-art Xantrex FREEDOM e-GEN lithium ion power system in all of its luxury B-vans.

According to a press release, Midwest’s coach are equipped with high-end electronics and appliances including microwave, A/C, refrigerator, wide-screen LED TV and premium audio system. With the Xantrex system, RVers will have the option to charge batteries, eliminating the need for a generator to power amenities.

“While luxury comes standard with every Midwest RV, the addition of the new Xantrex FREEDOM e-GEN power system offers an environmentally friendly source of AC and DC power to run an air conditioner and other heavy loads and precise battery management in all climate conditions. We tested lithium ion power systems from a number of manufacturers. Only the Xantrex system performed to the high standards associated with our brand,” said Jake Stephenson, national sales manager at Midwest Automotive Designs.

The Xantrex FREEDOM e-GEN is made from high-quality and vigorously tested components. In addition to the multiple redundant safety features, the Xantrex system offers an advanced lithium ion battery, battery management system (BMS), inverter/charger and auxiliary alternator resulting in the longest electronics runtime, fastest engine recharge time and longest battery life.

The Midwest Passage with the Xantrex FREEDOM e-GEN power system will be on display at the Midwest/REV Group display in Booth No. 5040 at the National RV Trade Show. Xantrex will be exhibiting in Booth No. 415.
