St. Cloud, Minn.-based PleasureLand RV Center Inc. will triple the size of its Twin Cities-area dealership, according to the St. Cloud Times.
A 23,900-square-foot building near U.S. 10 in Ramsey will replace the PleasureLand dealership in Anoka one mile away. Work on the $3 million project will begin in September and finish next spring, President Dan Pearson said.
The new building will have 10 service bays, more than double the space at the Anoka site. It also will include a parts and accessory store. The Ramsey site will offer RV rentals.
PleasureLand started in St. Cloud 32 years ago. It opened a Fargo, N.D., dealership in 2001 and finished a 4,000-square-foot expansion there in July. It opened the Anoka site in 1997.
In 2002, the St. Cloud dealership moved from a corner near Crossroads Center to a larger site near I-94 in St. Augusta.
