A Fleetwood motorhome, valued at $90,000, that came up missing after the filming of the hit reality show, “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition,” in Bountiful, Utah, was located by area police.
According to the Salt Lake Tribune, a 39-foot 2000 Fleetwood Bound 39-Z motorhome had been parked in a Latter Day Saints church parking lot in Bountiful for use by the film crew during breaks.
The motorhome and two other RVs were loaned to the “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” crew by Ardell Brown RV Center, of Sandy, Utah, at the beginning of August.
Rob Terry, director of sales for the RV center, said the crew had left the keys in the ignition and the doors to the missing RV unlocked when they finished shooting at the site last week.
Prior to locating the unit, police reported that the vehicle was last seen being driven away from the church lot by an unidentified person on Monday (Aug. 8).
The latest report did not provide details on what happened to the Fleetwood coach.
