The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHSTA) has recalled 3,121 Monaco Coach Corp. motorhomes for including incorrect tire pressure inflation information.

NHSTA also recalled 1,263 Newmar Corp. motorhomes for including an incorrect fuel tank fill nozzle vent hose.

The Monaco units included in the recall are model year 1999 and 2000 Monaco Windsor and Holiday Rambler Endeavor units built between June 1998 and July 2000.

Monaco and Holiday Rambler dealers are to put the correct federal tire pressure certification label on the recalled coaches.

The Newmar units included in the recall are model year 2000 and 2001 Mountain Aire, Dutch Star, Kountry Star and London Aire coaches and model year 2001 Kountry Aire units built between January and August of last year. Those motorhomes were built on Ford and Workhorse chassis produced from Jan. 1 through Aug. 31, 2000, and on Spartan chassis assembled from Feb. 23 through Aug. 31, 2000.

Dealers are to replace the fuel vent hose on the recalled units.
