Monaco Coach Corp. today (Nov. 21) announced it has completed the acquisition of Warsaw, Ind.-based R-Vision companies and its Bison and Roadmaster affiliates for $60 million cash.
According to Monaco, the R-Vision acquisition is expected to add $200 million to $220 million in sales for fiscal 2006 and makes Monaco the fifth largest manufacturer of towable recreational vehicles.
“We believe the R-Vision acquisition is an excellent fit for Monaco Coach and its shareholders,” said Monaco CFO Marty Daley. “We look forward to capitalizing on the purchasing synergies and growth opportunities presented by this transaction.”
