Looking to appeal to the growing entry-level motorhome market, Monaco Coach Corp. has introduced the gas-powered 2007 Holiday Rambler Arista/Safari Passage Class A motorhome with a $78,000 retail base price. Available in five 29- to 34-foot floorplans with up to three slideouts, the fiberglass-skinned, aluminum-framed Arista/Passage made its debut at the recent National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky. The coach is built standard on Ford F-53 chassis or optional Workhorse W-series chassis with GVWRs of up to 20,500 pounds. “We definitely are looking for first-time buyers – younger families and people working up to a motorhome from a towable,” said Pat Terveer, Holiday Rambler/Safari national sales manager. “It also helps us sustain more of a full lineup for our dealers.” Standard are ducted air conditioning, a rubber roof, hydraulic leveling jacks, two flat-screen TVs and a 3.6 kw generator. Skirt paint and ultraleather furniture are optional.
