The Glamping Show Americas saw a lot of energy during its Pre-Show Workshops on Monday (Sept. 29), and it expects a busy day on Tuesday, with registrations still coming in.
Sessions today include:
- Beyond the Data: Unlocking 2025’s Glamping Industry Insights in the USA and What It Means for You: Exclusive research on 2025’s glamping trends, guest preferences and revenue opportunities — Scott Bahr, president of Cairns Consulting; Sarah Dusek, of Under Canvas and Few and Far; Whitney Scott, of Walden Insights, and Todd Wynne-Parry, of Aramark. The panel will be moderated by Steph Curtis-Raleigh.
- Founder Story: From a Hand-Built Honeymoon Treehouse to an Incredible Luxury Outdoor Hospitality Brand — Tori Bolt and her husband, rock star Seth Bolt
- Is This the Gold Rush Era of Experiential Hospitality? The Story of Live Oak Lake and How to Build a One-of-a-Kind Micro-Resort — Isaac French, founder of Live Oak Lake
- Founder Story: How We Created a Glamping Franchise Using Seller Finance Agreements and Became the How-To Influencers in the Sector — Brian and Joanna Linton, founders of Camp Ferncrest
A “Taco Tuesday” Welcome Reception will be held after today’s sessions as a way to connect with other glamping professionals and hear the American Glamping Association announce the AGA Glamping Award winners in the categories of operators, manufacturers, innovators, members and sustainability.
EXPO
Expo vendors were busy setting up their booths on Monday, with plans to open them today.
Show attendees can expect a diverse range of exhibitors, including manufacturers of glamping accommodations such as cabins, domes, tents, tipis, wagons and yurts, as well as suppliers of campsite accessories, outdoor furniture, fire pits, saunas, spas and more.
In addition, there will be a strong presence of exhibitors offering hospitality-focused technology and services — everything from booking platforms and Wi-Fi solutions to business management software tailored for the glamping industry.
There will also be some insightful bonus sessions offered by exhibitors.
