MORryde, which supplies suspension systems and other products for the RV industry, is a proud provider of the RV Technical Institute’s Level 3 curriculum. Recently, MORryde’s staff sat down with the RV Technical Institute to share their experience teaching the Level 3 curriculum to interested service technicians.
How do MORryde’s Level 3 Courses benefit RV technicians?
The Level 3 courses provide a convenient opportunity for technicians to receive the tools and knowledge needed to easily qualify and install products, quickly diagnose and repair issues, and ultimately reduce the repair time cycle for their service department. In addition, a stronger understanding of these products can help with identifying upsell opportunities that enhance the owner’s RVing experience and increase the service department’s profits.
What do your trainers have to say about the Level 3 courses you offer?
Our trainers wholeheartedly embrace the RV Technical Institute’s training program and find immense value in it. It incentivizes them to actively seek out training opportunities and engage in mastering the intricacies of our products. Being part of such a beneficial program is exciting for our company’s growth and contributes significantly to the advancement of the RV industry as a whole. It’s a shared journey of knowledge and expertise that enhances both individual skills and industry standards.
How has Level 3 been impactful for our organization?
The impact of the Institute’s Level 3 training program has been unequivocally positive for MORryde. It has not only cultivated a broader network of experts well-versed in our products, but it has also empowered technicians to provide superior levels of service. In addition, it has led to heightened satisfaction from our retail customers. Another tangible result of this enhanced expertise is the notable increase in aftermarket upgrades sold at the shops that have participated in our training. It’s a testament to the program’s effectiveness in elevating both the skills of our selling partners and the success of our business.
