Speculation that the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates sometime before its next regularly scheduled meeting on March 20 fueled a rally on Wall Street Monday.

Most RV stocks, including the Big 6 RV manufacturers – Fleetwood, Winnebago, Thor, Coachmen, Monaco and National RV – also posted gains.

The Nasdaq climbed 46 points, or 2%, while the Dow Jones Industrial Average soared 201 points, or 1.9%, on Monday.

Meanwhile, RV company stocks were mixed and here is a roundup of the activity:

Fleetwood gained 5 cents to close at $13.05

Winnebago gained 52 cents to close at $17.62

Thor gained 85 cents to close at $25.15

Coachmen gained 23 cents to close at $11.43

Monaco gained 39 cents to close at $20.95

National RV gained 4 cents to close at $11.00

Skyline gained 50 cents to close at $24.35

SMC was unchanged at 3 1/4

Holiday RV Superstores declined 1/16 to close at 4 1/8

Rexhall was unchanged at 6

Kit was unchanged at $3.75

Coast Distribution was unchanged at 75 cents

Featherlite was unchanged at 2

Spartan Motors declined 3/16 to close at 3 3/16

Starcraft gained 1/32 to close at 1 29/32
