For the third edition of its Dealership Performance Training webinar series, the North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) will feature RV Technical Institute Subject Matter Expert and professional consultant Mark Podeyn.
NATDA reported in a press release that Podeyn will examine what today’s trends means for dealerships and why parts department may need refining.
According to a study conducted by the RV Industry Association (RVIA), aftermarket consumers still prefer to make their parts and accessory purchases in a physical retail store. In his webinar taking place on May 30, “Parts & Accessories: Online vs. Brick & Mortar Sales,” Podeyn will discuss the key behaviors your customers are exhibiting and how your dealership should evolve to meet their needs.
