The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) announced a partnership with Kenect, a provider of a text messaging platform for the trailer industry. According to a press release, Kenect’s platform allows dealers to communicate with customers by sending and receiving text messages from their existing business’ phone line.

“Kenect has been working with many of our dealers for quite some time now. We kept hearing great things about how Kenect was helping the trailer industry and felt like the natural next step was to deepen our relationship with them. We’re excited to call them a partner and look forward to furthering our mission together of helping trailer dealers across North America,” said Jesse Battle, executive director of NATDA.

To introduce the partnership to the NATDA membership, Kenect will be attending the 2019 NATDA Trade Show & Convention in St. Louis, Mo., from Sept. 5-7. Graham Anderson, co-founder and chief marketing officer at Kenect, will be presenting during the dealer education portion of the event. His presentation, “Connecting to the New, Digitally Social Consumer,” will focus on the way trailer dealers communicate with customers and how those methods are ever-changing.

Graham noted, “The NATDA is a trusted name in the trailer industry. We could not be more excited to be working with them and are excited to deliver great value to them as well as the hundreds of trailer dealers across North America.”
