The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) has officially launched its free dealer training webinars for active members. According to a press release, NATDA’s dealer education is designed to help dealers ultimately grow and increase sales for their business.
The first two webinars will cover:
• Using Variable Pricing Strategies to Maximize Parts Profits
Feb. 19, 2 p.m. EST: Dealers can learn how to squeeze every last cent out of their parts inventory. The webinar will use real life examples to walk dealers through understanding the “price/volume sensitivity curve”, how to use that tool to increase profits, and how to use of variable pricing strategies.
• YouTube Video Marketing
March 19, 2 p.m. EST: Kent Lewis will outline best practices for video marketing, optimization and measurement on YouTube. He will talk through various advertising options on YouTube as well as ways to extend the value of your videos via optimization and promotion through offline and online channels. Dealers will also learn how to create a compelling YouTube channel and content strategy that connects with constituents.
