West Coast-based RV manufacturer National RV Holdings Inc. has opened a new regional parts distribution and technical service center in the Lakeland, Fla., facility formerly occupied by the Buddy Gregg Motor Homes dealership organization.

National RV, Perris, Calif., opened the facility, which includes a 30-bay service center, last Thursday (March 1). It will provide “overflow service support” for National RV’s dealers in the eastern portion of the country, according to the company.

Buddy Gregg’s service personnel were retained to operate the facility for National RV, and they will continue providing service on Liberty Coach, Bluebird and other high-line Class A motorhomes.

National RV also will operate an East Coast parts warehouse and distribution center from the Lakeland facility beginning in May. National RV currently is in the process of stocking high turnover replacement parts, such as windshields, in Lakeland, the company added.

The Lakeland facility, located between Tampa and Orlando, also will serve as the technical support center for National RV’s dealers in the eastern portion of the country beginning in May.

Sales and service training will be conducted in Lakeland and the facility will be used as a command post for National RV owners club rallies in the East, along with other functions for users of the company’s products.
