National RV Holdings Inc. has signed a new $15 million revolving credit agreement with UPS Capital Corp., the financial services arm of United Parcel Service, the Perris, Calif.-based RV builder announced today (Sept. 13).
The asset-based line of credit has a three-year term with advances based on the levels of National RV’s eligible inventory and accounts receivable.
The new credit facility replaces National RV’s previous line of credit, which expired in August. The new credit facility will be used for general corporate and working capital needs. It is secured by all of the company’s assets other than real estate.
National RV, a New York Stock Exchange-listed company, builds gas and diesel engine motorhomes and towable RVs in Perris, located east of Los Angeles. It also is the parent of Country Coach, a Junction City, Ore.-based manufacturer of highline diesel Class A motorhomes.
