John Nepute, Monaco Coach Corp.’s long-time CFO, has been appointed president of the Coburg, Ore-based motorhome and towable RV manufacturer, the company announced Tuesday (Oct. 31).

Nepute, 48, also held the title of executive vice president prior to his appointment as president.

Meanwhile, Marty Daley was appointed vice president and CFO of Monaco. Previously, Daley was Monaco’s corporate controller.

Prior to Nepute’s promotion, Kay Toolson, Monaco’s chairman and CEO, also held the title of president.

Nepute joined Monaco in 1988 as corporate controller. He became vice president and CFO in 1991 and executive vice president in 1999.

Nepute was the CFO of a Eugene, Ore.-area drug store chain before joining Monaco.

Meanwhile, Daley joined Monaco in 1994 as the controller of the company’s operations in Oregon. He was promoted to corporate controller in 1996.

Before joining Monaco, Daley, a CPA, was a senior staff accountant at Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP).
