According to a press release, the training will run Jan. 13-15 at the Courtyard by Marriott in Marlboro, Mass. Cost for the class, which is limited to the first 25 registrants, is $1,995 per attendee.
Bob Zagami, NERVDA executive director, noted, “We are extremely fortunate to have this unique opportunity to bring Jan into our backyard instead of having our members F&I specialists making the trip out to the West Coast to attend Jan’s very popular training events. Our members will save thousands of dollars and several out-of-office days by hosting this training locally.”
NERVDA President Brian Sullivan added, “Our members, and even non-NERVDA members, can benefit from Jan’s training as we open the show season the following week with our Boston RV & Camping Expo that is produced by Paragon Group of Needham, Mass. The continuing industry rebound and the enthusiasm dealers expressed at the RVDA Convention in Las Vegas and the RVIA National Trade Show in Louisville are positive indicators that 2015 will be another banner year for our industry. The opportunity to be able to present this type of training in New England, and opening it up to non-NERVDA members is right inline with the importance our association is putting on education and training for our dealers.”
Fast paced and packed with information, this 3-day course covers everything you needed to be a successful dealership financial center representative. Attendees will learn how and when to greet the customer, the benefits of all the F&I products, how to work with credit reports and lenders, and steps to avoid legal problems. There will also be audio-video drill and rehearse segments to reinforce training principles and allow participants to practice new skills in a supportive environment.
