NCM, a 20-group firm with more than 52 years experience in the automotive sector, has entered the RV industry by helping assemble the group of dealers who now call themselves RV Executive Management.
Based in Overland Park, Kan., NCM has 284 twenty- and proprietary-dealer groups made up of car dealers. It has more than 3,200 active members.
“We had some RV dealers approach us with the idea,” said NCM President Darryl Cooper, who added that NCM 20 groups are “completely autonomous.”
“The membership is responsible for who is in the group; each dealer has to be unanimously approved by other members,” he said.
The RV dealers who have joined RV Executive Management include: Wheeler’s Las Vegas RV; Walt Michal’s RV Center, Belleville, Mich., and Geweke RV, Lodi, Calif.
One requirement for membership is a minimum average of $31 million in annual sales.
