New Horizons RV has introduced a new customer portal that serves as a point of contact between the customer and the company to keep them informed of their new coach’s progress from start to finish.

“At New Horizons, we produce fifth-wheels that are all about the customer,” noted CEO Bryan Tillett in a press release. “That’s why we want the customer fully involved in the production of their new RV home.”

The new customer portal serves as a repository for the contract, change orders and other documents while private messages can be exchanged between the customer and the New Horizons team, keeping all parties up to date.

In addition, New Horizons will periodically upload photos of the RV’s construction, and a timeline will show its progress along 10 construction benchmarks — including stages such as the chassis, roofing and final finish.

Customers can also upload photos or documents they feel are helpful during the building process. They can also schedule their orientation and pick-up date through the portal.
