Newmar’s Service Department service reputation earned it a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score of 94% for warranty work it completed in 2008. The CSI score is calculated in a pre-determined percentile based on results from customer surveys.

Services offered by Newmar’s Service Department include, but are not limited too, insurance repairs, electronic upgrades and carpet/flooring replacement.
