Newmar Corp. has released the names of its dealers who are being recognized for providing excellent customer service over the past year.      

The Nappanee, Ind.-based manufacturer of Class A motorhomes and fifth-wheels gives its Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) award to dealers who scored in a pre-determined percentile based on results from customer surveys, according to a news release. Fifteen Newmar dealers earned this award by providing excellent customer service to Newmar customers receiving warranty work.

The 2008 award winners includes:  Ansley RV, Duncansville, Pa; Ballard’s Camping Center Inc., Hamburg, N.Y.; Beckley’s Camping Center, Thurmont, Md.; Camper Coaches, Lubbock, Texas; Coachlight RV Sales Inc., Carthage, Mo; Dave’s Claremore RV Inc., Claremore, Okla.; Dave’s RV Center, Danbury, Conn.; Harper Camperland Inc., Great Bend, Kan.; Independence RV Sales & Service, Winter Garden, Fla.; Koogler Sales & Service, Raphine, Va.; Midtown RV LTD, Penticton, British Columbia; Midway Motor Homes Inc., Grand Rapids, Mich.; Modern Trailer Sales Inc., Grand Rapids; North Trail RV Center, Fort Myers, Fla.; and Steinbring Motorcoach, Garfield, Minn.

Newmar also recognized four dealers with the Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Award. Miller is the owner of Newmar and the award in his name recognizes those dealerships that most embody the spirit of customer service. They are Independence RV Sales & Service, Koogler Sales & Service, Midway Motor Homes Inc., and Modern Trailer Sales.
