NASHVILLE, Tenn. – It’s a party all around as National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) hosts a four-day grand opening this week at its newest location in Nashville.
Those who plan to attend and have 50-amp electric service can begin arriving between 2 and 6 p.m. today at the site at 1000 Aubrey Drive in Lebanon, Tenn., just east of Nashville.
“Everyone is truly excited for everything we have going on this week,” NIRVC President & CEO Brett Davis told RVBusiness. “We’ve had to bring in a number of technicians and valets because of the number of customers and coaches we have coming to the event. I think it’s the first time we’ve ever had to have an organized parking crew with space numbers. And a good number of the coaches will likely arrive with issues they’ve incurred along the way that will need to be addressed by our technicians.
“And, as far as the event itself – gosh – I don’t know of an executive from the manufacturers who is not coming. That’s certainly exciting for our customers and humbling for us,” Davis added.
Tuesday events begin with dry campers arriving at 9 a.m. and include a ribbon cutting, facility tours, a happy hour, dinner and entertainment.
During Wednesday’s festivities, NIRVC will be making a major announcement that Davis promises will be something the industry has never seen.
On Wednesday, breakfast kicks off at 9 a.m. followed by a round of seminars, lunch, an RV roundup, happy hour dinner, prize drawing and live entertainment from Lee Greenwood.
Thursday wraps up with a continental breakfast.
Those who visit each manufacturer display are eligible to receive a prize. OEMs displaying units are Entegra Coach, American Coach, Holiday Rambler, Fleetwood RV, Newmar, Winnebago, Grech RV and Pleasure-Way.
NIRVC offers a new way to sell, service, store and wash motorhomes. The concept is to offer a concierge level of service for the owner. The array of services offered takes the hassle out of owning a motorhome, the company states.
Features include service and repairs under the same roof, full transparency in consignment sales, on-site managers for each department, free vehicle preparation when departing and “on the road” call assistance.
NIRVC has six locations including Lawrenceville, Ga.; Lewisville, Texas; North Las Vegas, Nev.; Surprise, Ariz.; Manassas, Va.; and the new Lebanon, Tenn., facility.
