The session will demonstrate how dealers can use market data, turn times, and unit condition to source and purchase smarter, move aging units faster, and protect margins in a rapidly evolving market.

Pre-owned has transitioned from a supplementary business to a primary driver for many dealerships. Buyers are increasingly prioritizing affordability and immediate availability, while rising interest rates, material, tariff, and transportation costs continue to elevate new RV pricing. For a growing number of dealers, used units now represent a significant portion of their inventory.
