National RV Holdings Inc. announced today (April 1) that the company has delayed the filing of its annual earnings report for fiscal year 2004, citing the “need to finalize its required review procedures and enable management to finalize its assessment of internal control over financial reporting as of Dec. 31, 2004.”
National RV said the decision came following a statutory review by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and a subsequent “comment letter.”
On March 1, the company had reported that 2004 was the company’s first profitable year since 2000.
As a result of the review, the Perris, Calif., motorhome manufacturer will restate its results for 2000, 2001 and 2002.
National RV Holdings also will restate for the third quarter of 2004 and revise its data for the recent fourth quarter.
