FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. — Work Truck Week, North America’s flagship commercial vehicle industry event, will return to Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis March 9–12, 2027, according to a release.

New for the 2027 event, NTEA — working in collaboration with NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA) — is launching Future Truck Summit on Tuesday, March 9, replacing the long-running Green Truck Summit. This full-day conference will move beyond the traditional focus on sustainability to address the rapidly changing software, hardware and advanced vehicle technologies shaping the next generation of commercial fleets.

More Than a Trade Show, Work Truck Week encompasses The Work Truck Show, Future Truck Summit, NTEA Annual Meeting, Work Truck Week Ride & Drive, educational program and more.

Work Truck Week 2027 schedule

  • March 9: Future Truck Summit
  • March 9–11: Educational program
  • March 10–11: Work Truck Week Ride & Drive
  • March 10–12: Work Truck Show exhibit hall open

For more than 25 years, the annual event has served as a cornerstone gathering for chassis OEMs, fleet managers, upfitters, truck dealers, engineers, and other industry professionals who attend Work Truck Week to experience the latest vehicle and equipment innovations, share expertise and forge partnerships. Attendees can expect:

  • 500+ exhibitors: A massive showcase of new commercial vehicles, truck equipment and connected vehicle technologies.
  • OEM updates: Exclusive integration guidance, upfitting solutions and critical design changes presented straight from leading chassis manufacturers.
  • TCO and spec optimization: Dedicated sessions focused on specifying vehicles to improve safety, performance and lower total cost of ownership.
  • Industry networking: A comprehensive central hub to connect with thousands of suppliers, customers and peers.

Produced annually by NTEA – The Work Truck Association, Work Truck Week stands as the commercial vehicle industry’s definitive launchpad for new products and forward-looking planning. Industry professionals can watch attendee testimonials, sign up for event updates and receive notification when registration and housing open this fall by visiting worktruckweek.com/about. They are invited to join the conversation on digital platforms using the official event hashtags #WorkTruckWeek, #WTW27 and #FutureTruckSummit.
