In this episode of OEM Showcase Gulf Stream Coach Motorized Division General Manager Matt Buckman gives a tour of the compact Class C, the 6215LE.
Gulf Stream Coach, the largest family owned RV manufacturer since 1983, is celebrating 43 years in business. Gulf Stream designers said they opened the living space without abandoning the engineering the company is known for.
“We have the ‘Cradle of Strength’ foundation, which improves the structural integrity of the chassis,” said Buckman.
Buckman said Gulf Stream Coach’s ability to quickly take dealer and customer feedback to make a good product.
“We answer to Main Street, not Wall Street,” said Buckman. “The 6215LE has features that show that.”
As previously reported, (see: Gulf Stream Coach ‘Betting On’ Conquest 6215LE Class C) Gulf Stream President Phil Sarvari attributes the breakout success of the 6215LE to the company’s independent, family-operated roots, which allows the builder to pivot quickly to what consumers are actually asking for on the lot.
“For 43 years, our design philosophy has been anchored by functionality and unmatched value,” Sarvari said. “When dealers and retail customers walk through the 6215LE, they immediately recognize the quality. It proves you don’t have to be the biggest coach in the campground to offer the best experience. It is a small package that delivers massive quality, features, and an incredible price.”
