The National RV subsidiary of National RV Holdings Inc. has formed an official Islanders motorhome owners club, which will conduct at least four rallies per year.
The Islanders chapter of the Family Motor Coach Association (FMCA) now will act as an umbrella organization for the owners of Islander units and all other National RV brands.
Islanders club rallies will be called GetAways, and the first is scheduled for next Jan. 25 in Pomona, Calif.
The schedule for GetAways will include one rally on the West Coast and one on the East Coast each year along with rallies near the two FMCA international gatherings that occur each year.
The owners of Islander units and other National RV brands attending GetAways will get free RV service in addition to entertainment, technical seminars and great food, according to the Perris, Calif.-based company.
National RV estimates the owners of 1,000 motorhomes will attend the first Islanders GetAway.
