The price of crude oil declined Monday along with the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the Nasdaq composite and most RV company stocks.

The price of oil for November delivery declined to $31.60 a barrel in New York and $30.35 a barrel in London as the market reacted to President Clinton’s plan to dip innto the nation’s oil reserves.

But the Dow also declined 39 points, or 0.7%, and the Nasdaq was down 63 points, or 1.6% as investors continued to worry about corporate profit outlooks.
