Minneapolis, Minn.-based Onan Corp. announced the expansion of its Coach Care Service Center network with the opening of three new locations, in White Bear Lake, Minn., Henderson, Colo., and West Chester, Ohio.
Coach Care now has 28 Coach Care facilities in 18 states with more slated to open later this year.
Onan, a business unit of engine builder Cummins Inc., Columbus, Ind., initiated the Coach Care program in 1999 to build a nationwide service network offering “bumper to bumper” RV service and warranty work.
As part of the program, Onan requires each center to complete a comprehensive three-year certification process to achieve status as an authorized service center.
In addition to servicing Onan generators and Cummins engines, Coach Care also has partnered with Junction City, Ore.-based manufacturer Country Coach Inc. along with several prominent chassis builders and industry component suppliers to provide authorized warranty work.
“The need for experienced, professional RV service centers keeps growing, particularly as we see Baby Boomers continue to embrace the coach-life lifestyle,” said Richard Coon, director of RV business at Onan. “With the continued introduction of new products, particularly more technology-driven products, RVers will prefer visiting a certified distributor for one-stop service that can get them back on the road enjoying their travels.”
