Cummins Power Generation (CPG) announced late Wednesday (June 29) the appointment of Garry Enyart (right) as Onan’s director of RV business, replacing Richard Coon who recently left a 30-year career with Cummins to assume his new role as president of the Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA).
According to a press release, Enyart will be responsible for the company’s RV genset business, including worldwide sales and marketing, strategic planning, product development, application engineering and customer relations.
“Having been a part of the company for more than 20 years, Garry has been integral to growing Onan’s RV power generation business through solid relationships with our OEM partners and distribution channels,” said Rich Eikill, general manager of consumer business for CPG. “Garry has consistently demonstrated the leadership skills and vision necessary to maintain Onan’s position as the industry leader and continue to keep our customers satisfied with our products.”
Enyart also replaced Coon on the RVIA board of directors.
Before being named director of RV business, Enyart most recently served as director of consumer products channel development and managed the sales activities for consumer products sold through the Cummins distribution system.
“Onan is the name in RV power generation and I’m looking forward to helping the brand continue its long history of success and customer satisfaction,” said Enyart.
