The Eola Bend RV Resort, situated on 30 acres in Salem, Ore., is being sold for around $2 million, according to a report in the Statesman Journal.
Premier RV Resorts has signed an agreement to buy Eola Bend and has already assumed management of the property, said Paul Williams, chief executive officer of Premier RV.
Premier, which operates RV parks near Lebanon and Eugene, Ore., also plans to invest about $500,000 in improvements and landscaping at Eola Bend.
Eola Bend opened for business in 1998 and was built by a partnership consisting of local investors.
The resort has 180 full-service RV sites, an outdoor swimming pool, spa, a large community building and bathhouse.
