The Ontario Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (ORVDA) announced that the Jan. 18-21 Toronto RV Show and Sale drew over 14,000 to the Toronto Congress Centre.
“The annual RV industry showcase is a highlight of the year and a kickoff to the upcoming RV and camping season,” said Natalie Conway, ORVDA executive director, in a press release. “Ushering in the latest recreational vehicle trends, we are thrilled to announce that the show was an overwhelming success.”
The Toronto RV Show and Sale continues to offer RV lifestyle and industry awareness; as well as relationship building opportunities with face-to-face consumer contact and engagement for RV dealer exhibitors.
“We were able to accomplish our goals more effectively by leveraging our partnership with Go RVing Canada,” said Conway. “With access to resources such as leading public relations agencies and Go RVing Canada’s expert team of digital and social media strategists, we were able to deliver powerful messaging and increase engagement on all of our social platforms.”
Exhibitors supported the industry showcase by creating unique displays to maximize retail product sales and highlight their brands to prospective and existing customers. “I can’t believe the excitement and the amount of people that attended over the weekend. The interest is overwhelming with many customers looking to get a jump start on the spring camping season,” said Barry Angst, Big Bears RV located in Guelph, Ontario.
The 2018 ORVDA show season continues with the Hamilton RV Show and Sale, Feb. 2-4; the Ottawa RV Expo and Sale, Feb. 9-11; and concludes with the Kitchener RV Show and Sale, running April 6-8.
