Dan Pearson, a principal of PleasureLand RV Center, with locations in Minnesota and North Dakota, is renewing his support of the RVDA Education Foundation with a new $35,000 pledge, bringing his contribution total to $73,000, according to the national Recreation Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA).
“The RV Learning Center is simply the very best investment we can make in our current and future staff of PleasureLand RV Centers,” Pearson said. “We also understand that to create further programs for our staff we need to support the RV Learning Center financially so these opportunities can be developed.”
“Dan Pearson’s dedication to the success of the RV industry is remarkable,” said Rick Horsey, RVDA Education Foundation Chairman. “His dedication and willingness to lead is what has brought us to the level at which we are today. This new pledge is another outstanding example of Dan’s willingness to invest in the success of the industry. Thank you to Dan and his PleasureLand family for giving so generously.”
Pearson’s contribution is part of an ongoing campaign by the RVDA Education Foundation to support the RV Learning Center. Dealers and their business partners are asked to contribute to the center, which is dedicated to providing dealers and their employees with new and innovative ways to operate RV dealerships; sharing proven methods and practices; and encouraging the highest professional standards for dealerships of all sizes. RV Learning Center education programs will include distance learning; live workshops; online products; publications; and certification for RV dealership personnel.
