In the 30 years since the Phoenix American has been in business, it has grown to be one of the largest independent vehicle service contract and GAP Waiver providers in the United States. According to a press release, the company currently has 85 employees and is headquartered in a 21,500-square-foot, state-of the-art administrative service center located in Miami, Fla.
