Potomac RV of Elkhart, Ind., has named Brian Krider as vice president of sales and marketing, replacing Bill Prinz.
According to a press release from the company, Krider will oversee “all aspects of sales, marketing and product development” for the towable builder, which was founded in October of 2002. Formerly, Krider was national sales and marketing manager for CrossRoads RV, Topeka, Ind.
“Brian knows the towable market and what needs to be done for Potomac to grow,” said President Jim Johnson. “He’s also assured me that new products are on the way. We’ll have a midprofile travel trailer and fifth-wheel before the show season.”
Krider is the third family member to enter the industry. His father, Jim, is vice president of engineering for Damon Motor Coach, and his older brother, Jon, is senior marketing manager for chassis builder Workhorse Custom Chassis.
