The stocks of Rexhall Industries Inc. and Coast Distribution Inc. either equaled or exceeded their 52-week highs today (May 13) because both firms reported that they returned to profitability during the first quarter.
The stock of Rexhall, a Class A motorhome builder in Southern California, climbed 50 cents, or 6%, today to close at $9.00 a share. Earlier in today’s trading session, Rexhall shares traded for as much as $9.70, equaling its 52-week high.
Meanwhile, Coast, a distributor of aftermarket accessories, saw its stock price soar 71 cents, or 44%, higher today to close at $2.31. Earlier in the trading session, Coast shares traded for as much as $2.35, exceeding its previous 52-week high of $2.30.
Drew Industries Inc. stock also reached a new 52-week high today. The stock of Drew, parent of supplier firms Lippert Components and Kinro, climbed as high as $16.60 a share today before closing at $16.40, up 5 cents for the day. Drew’s previous 52-week high was $16.39.
