The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) in Elkhart, Ind., announced the addition of Randy Davis as a technical trainer. Davis, whose first day will be the first part of August, joins RVTI after having spent the past several years in a similar capacity at Goshen, Ind.-based Keystone RV Co.
“Randy’s expertise will be a great addition to the quality of what RVTI’s going to do,” RVTI Executive Director Curt Hemmlertold RVBUSINESS.com, adding that he “anticipates continuing to hire additional personnel as we really get ramped up.”
Hemmeler noted that Davis, who joins an RVTI technical training team that already includes Mike Curl and Mike Anderson, will spend part of his job at the RVTI facility in Elkhart as well as in the field. His duties will include training technicians and updating the program’s curriculum.
“He will be instrumental in basically providing that high level of training that the industry will learn to come to both enjoy and expect from RVTI,” Hemmeler added.
