The launch of the Society of Certified RV Professionals will include a presentation by Michael Rees of A World of Training during a reception on Nov. 10 at the 2014 RV Dealers International Convention/Expo at Bally’s in Las Vegas. According to a press release, the reception is sponsored by Protective Asset Protection and all registered attendees are invited.
Rees will present, “Making an Impact: Customer Satisfaction in Fixed Operations,” which will underscore one of the main objectives of the society: to promote certification for the positive impact it has on consumer satisfaction. Michael is known for his high-energy presentations and is a frequent presenter at the convention/expo. A World of Training is a financial contributor to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center and provides training solutions for the RV and automotive industries.
The RV Learning Center board began this new initiative to increase the number of RV industry certified professionals and retain those who already hold certification credentials. The society will also provide an industry recognition program highlighting the achievements of RV industry certified personnel.
The society is aimed at individuals who hold or aspire to association certification credentials including:
• RVDA-RVIA Technician Certification which includes certified, master and specialists.
• RV Learning Center certification which includes service writer/adviser, service manager, parts manager, parts specialist and warranty administrator.
