A World of Training President Michael Rees and Spader Business Management President John Spader are teaming up for a special session called “M Cubed – Measuring, Moving & Managing” on Nov. 8, from 9-10 a.m. at the RVDA Convention/ Expo in Las Vegasa. According to a press release, the co-presented workshop will cover important information on how to improve your business.
Spader will show attendees how to access the necessary numbers for three critical performance indicators that have a direct impact on growing businesses. - How to improve these numbers and maintain them through proper management and motivation.
