According to a report by Arizona’s KTAR News, more and more area Millennials are choosing to live life on the road. Last year, Phoenix saw a 137% increase in travel trailer and fifth-wheel sales.

Mark Boggess, president of the RV company Good Sam Enterprises, said the RV lifestyle appeals to recent college grands and young couples.

“It’s a way to get away from the cities, to get outdoors and be in the active lifestyle and kind of get disconnected,” Boggess said. “Sometimes, we’re so tied to these daggone portables and mobile phones and stuff today.”

Boggess also said financing is readily available for those who are interested in taking their life on the road.
