ReserveAmerica is celebrating its 20th anniversary this week , two decades in which it has handled more than 25 million reservations through what is the nation’s leading recreation reservation service.

In addition to managing 25 million reservations and processing 3.5 million reservations between 1984 and 2004, ReserveAmerica’s accomplishments include the following:
• It led the camping industry to the Internet by processing America’s first online camping reservation in September 1997.
• ReserveAmerica was awarded and continues to manage several of the largest state park agency contracts, including California State Parks, Florida State Parks, New York State Parks and Texas Parks & Wildlife, as well as 14 other government agency contracts.
• ReserveAmerica was awarded the National Recreation Reservation Service contract in 1997, consisting of the Forest service, Army Corps of Engineers and the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness agencies.
• ReserveAmerica became an operating business of InterActiveCorp. in February 2001, the world’s leading multibrand interactive commerce company, consisting of Expedia, Inc., Hotels.com, Ticketmaster and many other leading organizations.
• In a recent survey, over 90% of consumers rated their experience with ReserveAmerica’s systems and services as exceeding expectations.
• ReserveAmerica breaks one-day reservation record by managing 13,589 reservations for California State Parks on Jan. 1 with 60% processed online.
