REV Recreation Group, a division of REV Group Inc. has expanded on its commitment to dealers by adding a training manager along with zone service administrators. According to a press release, these key positions allow REV  to have service resources and sales support closer and more accessible to their dealer network. 

“Our commitment to dealer service is as strong as ever,” noted Director of Aftermarket Parts and Service Steve Heim. “That commitment continues with our zone field service administrators. The service administrators will provide personalized service to dealers.”

Zone field service administrators are strategically positioned throughout the United States to provide easy, quick access for dealers. Each Service Administrator will be a readily available resource for dealers with regards to service both for dealers and the end user. 

In conjunction with the service administrators REV has added a training staff. Suzy Fletcher joins REV as the sales training manager. “I am extremely excited to have Suzy Fletcher head our training staff,” stated Pat Terveer, VP/GM of REV’s Class A division. “Suzy brings a wealth of knowledge from over 30 years in the industry.”

Fletcher began her career at Fleetwood Enterprises Inc. on the production line in 1987 and has been a valuable asset throughout the years. She has served in various roles with Fleetwood as well as REV, including roles in production, sales, and marketing.

The training staff will work directly with REV’s sales team and account managers to provide the dealers with expert support both at their locations and key events throughout the year. As with the service administrators, the training staff will be positioned throughout the U.S. 

“Our goal is to support our dealer partners in every aspect. The addition of Suzy and her training staff as well as field service administrators only bolster that commitment,” added Terveer.
