Roadabode Productions announced the release of the Digital Marketing Benchmark Study for Outdoor Hospitality 2016/17. According to a release, this second in the series report takes an in-depth look at how parks and resorts are planning their online marketing programs, utilizing digital marketing and social media channels, and measuring their results.
Much like topic-focused roundtable discussions held at confabs across the country, the study creates discussion and provides benchmarks among outdoor hospitality digital marketing practitioners. The study also examines the role video plays in marketing the outdoors, what elements of programs are being outsourced, and what the future of digital advertising looks like for this industry sector.
“Regardless of a park’s size, marketing budget, or experience, every member that markets hospitality in the great outdoors will find valuable takaways in this study,” said Evanne Schmarder, principle, Roadabode Productions. “I am once again delighted to be able to bring this information to light to benefit those selling, and ultimately those partaking in, RVing and camping experiences.”
Sponsors for the study include: AGS, Texas Association of Campground Owners (TACO), TengoInternet Inc, ASTRA Campground Manager, Gorin+Cohen Consulting Group, PathFinder OutDoor Destinations, and LeadingCampings of Europe.
Users can find and download a complimentary copy of the study at roadabode.com and on sponsor websites. The previous study is also available for download on roadabode.com. Questions, comments, and feedback may be directed to Schmarder at [email protected].
