A dealer webinar on March  19 at noon EDT will examine the Red Flag Rule regarding identity theft protection went into effect in 2013.

According to a press release, dealer webinars are provided by RVDA’s strategic partner KPA as part of the array of educational offerings available through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. To register click here.

Join KPA’s Kathryn Carlson as she delves into the Red Flags Rule, what it means for dealers, and how to stay in compliance. The webinar will cover developing and maintaining policies and procedures for identifying, detecting and evaluating Red Flags and the proper responses. In addition, Kathryn will offer advice for updating your dealership’s identity theft policies and procedures. She will also share the latest information about government audits and lawsuits for dealerships found not in compliance.
