With all the changes to regulations and laws, the Employer Information Report, otherwise known as the EEO-1 survey, may have been lost in the shuffle. Good news, there’s still time to learn about the changes, determine whether you must submit the survey, and learn what information needs to be included in your 2017 EEO-1 survey data.

The RV Learning Center, in partnership with KPA Webinars, will host an informative webinar “Are You Up-to-Speed on the New EEO Changes?” from noon to 1 p.m. (EST), Thursday, Feb. 15 with presenters Brianna Stashak and Kelly Pinkerton, according to a release.

Dealers who attend this webinar will learn:

Stashak is a KPA HR consultant and has more than six years of experience in HR management consulting. Before joining the KPA team, she specialized in healthcare HR.Stashak works closely with KPA clients, ranging from small businesses to large national companies, to successfully implement their KPA HR management system and help them with compliance. She holds a bachelor’s in Workforce Psychology and SHRM-CP certification.

Pinkerton is also a KPA HR consultant. In a former life, she was the payroll manager at a prominent bank in Ohio and has more than 10 years of experience managing payroll and an HRIS system.Pinkerton’s undergraduate degree is in Organizational Leadership and Business. She is also a U.S. Army veteran who served as an automated logistics specialist from 2001-2007, and served a tour in Tikrit, Iraq, from 2003-2005.
