Coach, consultant, author and business executive Michael Duke, will help dealers get ready for the recovery and coach their teams to legendary service during a special workshop Monday, Nov. 30, prior to the 47th Annual National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Ky.
“Dealerships with exceptional customer satisfaction will have a big competitive advantage in the new economy,” says RVDA in a press release. “In this workshop, dealers can discover how to motivate teams and lead like a coach. When managers ‘coach to goals,’ they can realize the value each employee brings to work each day.”
The workshop, sponsored by the RVDA Education Foundation’s RV Learning Center, will be held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel (formerly the Executive West Hotel) in Louisville.
“Michael Duke is a great choice for this year’s workshop, because dealers are saying they are starting to feel an end to the current down swing in the market,” said RVDA Education Foundation Chairman Rick Horsey of Parkview RV Center in Smyrna, Del. “His message of building a culture of service will help dealers continue to rise to the challenges they will face as the RV industry recovers.”
Michael Duke is a business executive, author, educator, entrepreneur, minister, sales professional, and coach whose core belief is that at the center of all success is the realization that people are our greatest asset. Duke’s maxim is simple, yet powerful: value, challenge, and empower people, and businesses will prosper.
The workshop runs from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and costs $95 for RVDA members and $125 for non-members in advance. On-site registration will be $120 for RVDA members and $165 for non-members. Registrants can visit www.rvlearningcenter.com for an online registration form or send an e-mail to [email protected] or call 703 591-7130.
