COLUMBUS, Ohio – RV Mobile Power LLC. a manufacturer of mobile power, power-security and generator systems for the recreational-vehicle OEM, aftermarket and industrial markets, today announced that it has been named No. 4 on the RedHawk50 Class of 2026. RedHawk50 is Miami University’s annual ranking of the 50 fastest-growing private companies in the world founded or led by former Miami students, and RVMP’s placement puts it among the ten highest-ranked companies in this year’s class.
Honorees are selected from a competitive field of nominations and confirmed through an independent, third-party revenue review. RVMP’s No. 4 ranking places it near the very top of a class that spans dozens of industries and regions across the country, and behind only a handful of companies worldwide.
The recognition reflects one of the fastest growth stories in the RV power space. Founded in 2018 by Jimmy Conroy II, RVMP has grown from a startup into a thriving eight-figure business in just seven years, expanding well beyond RV generators into a diversified platform spanning OEM power systems, industrial security and a growing aftermarket channel, and serving leading RV manufacturers across the country.
For RVMP, the honor carries a personal meaning that runs through its leadership. Founder and Chief Executive Officer Jimmy Conroy II, Chief Revenue Officer Brian Carmichael and newly appointed Chief Operating Officer Matt Hazelbaker are all Miami University graduates, three of roughly eight Miamians on the RVMP team. A company built and led by Miami alumni being ranked among the university’s fastest-growing is, for this group, a full-circle moment.
“To be ranked No. 4 among the fastest-growing companies led by Miamians is an honor that means a great deal to me personally,” said Jimmy Conroy II, founder and CEO of RV Mobile Power. “Miami University shaped how I think and how I lead, and it is no accident that so much of our leadership team shares that same foundation. This recognition belongs to every person at RVMP who has helped us build something real, and to build it the right way. I could not be prouder to represent Miami in this class.”
“Growth like ours does not happen by luck. It happens because of people, and a remarkable number of ours came up through Miami,” said Brian Carmichael, chief revenue officer of RV Mobile Power and a fellow Miami graduate. “Standing near the top of the RedHawk50 alongside companies we admire is a proud moment for our entire team, and a sign of just how much is still ahead of us.”
“I have known Jimmy since he was a young man just starting out, and I came out of retirement to help build this next chapter with him, so seeing RVMP ranked this high among Miami companies means a great deal to me,” said Matt Hazelbaker, chief operating officer of RV Mobile Power and also a Miami University graduate. “It speaks to the kind of company this is, and the kind of people who built it.”
